This Privacy Policy explains what information the Sound Shuttle website (soundshuttle.app) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It is published by Cheah Seeds LLC ("we," "us," "our"), the maker of Sound Shuttle.

This policy covers the website only. The Sound Shuttle application runs entirely on your own Mac and is governed by the End User License Agreement - it operates on your local files and sends nothing but license-validation data (see the EULA, Section 9).

Information we collect

• Your email address, only if you choose to give it to us by joining our early-access list. Providing it is voluntary.
• Basic technical logs. Like most websites, our host records standard request data your browser sends - such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps - to serve the site and keep it secure.

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics, or third-party trackers, and the site does not set tracking cookies.

How we use it

• We use your email address only to send you the launch and early-access updates you asked for. We will not sell or rent it.
• We use technical logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers, each of which processes data under its own privacy policy:

• Kit (ConvertKit) stores our email list and sends our updates.
• Vercel hosts the website and processes the technical logs described above.
• Stripe processes purchases as the merchant of record when the product is on sale. If you buy Sound Shuttle, Stripe collects and processes your payment and billing information under its own privacy policy. This website does not collect or store payment-card information.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Access or delete your data. You may ask us to show you, or delete, the personal information we hold about you by emailing the address below.
• We do not sell your personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) or the CCPA (California). We honor those requests - contact us to exercise them.

Data retention

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, after which we remove it from our active list.

Children

The website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

International visitors

We are based in the United States, and our providers (Kit, Vercel) process data in the United States. By using the site, you understand that your information may be processed there.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
